Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives with working knowledge of medical terminology for a local company.  The qualified candidates will be responsible for a high volume of incoming calls and will be interacting with providers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • PC skills
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Able to work in a face paced and high volume call center
  • Must be dependable and able to work 8-5 Monday-Friday
  • Must have a professional attitude and appearance
