 We are currently looking for an accountant for a local North Side business. In order to qualify for this position you must meet the following requirements.

Requirements:

·        Accounting degree from recognized college

·        Minimum 3 years public accounting experience with large regional or national firm

·        CPA not required, but a definite plus

·        HOA related experience is a plus

·        Condo Manager experience a plus

·        Would consider bookkeeper with extensive experience

·        Strong initiative; can take the lead on tasks/projects

·        Hands on experience with running a general ledger and producing monthly financial statements

·        Ability to produce and manage annual budgets

·        Ability to successfully interact with GM, finance committee and board of directors

·        Ability to manage relationships with outside accountants, banks, etc.
