Collections (Round Rock) Bilingual

We are recruiting for a non-layer collection specialist who is responsible for making and receiving phone calls from a debtor or defendant, to negotiate payment for a debt or civil matter.  Though this is a collections position, it is very unique in the type ofcollections.  The potential employee will collect on outstanding citations and warrants for over 750 cities and counties in Texas, as well as Account Receivable type collections including utility bills, moving violations and library fines.

Requirements
 * Bilingual (English/Spanish)
 * Must be available to work Monday – Friday 8 am to 7 pm. Each Collection Specialist will be assigned 2 “night shifts” per week 10 am – 7:00 pm and 3 “day shift” per week 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
 * Customer service and collections background a must
