Customer Contact Representative

Will start with 3 Contact Center Reps and grow to over 40. Must be able to provide excellent customer service skills by answering inbound calls, corresponding emails and assisting by fax or online. This position answers all inquiries regarding an event and registers attendees for various conferences via phone, fax, mail and email. This company works with trade shows and conferences around the world. Must also have good data entry skills and be able to work closely with other departments on special projects.

The hours are 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm. Training starts May and the starting temp pay is $10.00 per hour. Will pay up to $13.00 when goes perm with great benefits.
