I really loved working as a temp to hire for Leading Edge. They are a well oiled machine! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful all through out employment and even after I was hired on full time! The ladies in my office who previously worked through Leading Edge had nothing but praise for the company also. Thank you Leading Edge!

After months of searching for work and applying to so many jobs unsuccessfully, I was beginning to lose hope. But Leading Edge was the light in the darkness! When I received their call about my first assignment, I was ecstatic and simply in a state of disbelief because all else had failed. I had a good experience so far with Leading edge in Austin Texas. I felt like they were very professional, organized and very informative. This staffing agency seems like the are more upper scale then some I have been to or worked for in the past. They seem to really care about there employees weather they be temp or temp to hire they make everyone feel welcomed and offer more perks like Insurance for employee and their dependents, paid holidays and employee of the month contest. I feel that they seem to really care about there in employee and eagar to find the perfect match for the employer and the job seeker.

I had an amazing experience with Leading Edge. I moved to Austin as a recent graduate with no job lined up. After interviewing with Judy, she had me placed in a position within a week and a half! The placement ended up being a great fit for both me and the company and I was just recently hired on. I love this company!!! The staff is always nice and pleasant! I had the opportunity to work with this company for almost a year. They got me right to work and eventually hired on with the temp company. Weekly pay every Friday was a plus! Would definitely go back to them if I needed to!

I enjoyed working for LeadingEdge Personnel. Very professional, friendly and flexible! They were able to match me up with good temporary job opportunities during the time I was with them. I gained more experience with the many skills and different working environments I was exposed to. Personally, I was not interested in the Temp-to-Hire track but that is Definitely an option! If I were still in San Antonio I would still be a part of their team. They always have cookies and popcorn in the office - nice 'homey' touch!

I came to Leading Edge after leaving my previous job and they immediately found a position for me that utilized my skills the very next day! The people in the office are amazing.
